Questions you probably have.
Yes. ArcVia is free during early access. No credit card required, no trial that expires, no feature gating. You get the full platform for the duration of your search.
A two-layer classification engine — deterministic rules first, AI for ambiguous cases — scans for recruiting signals: recruiter outreach, interview scheduling, follow-up patterns. Each signal is classified with a confidence score. We never store, display, or read the actual email content.
No. ArcVia has no employer-facing features, no shared profiles, and no social layer. Your search is entirely private.
ArcVia supports both Gmail and Outlook for email signal detection, and both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar for interview tracking.
Those are trackers — you put data in, they organise it. ArcVia is the only platform that puts intelligence back. A signal classification engine detects recruiting activity from your inbox. A momentum engine scores and tracks every opportunity in real time. And a guidance engine tells you where to focus. No other tool offers candidate-side signal intelligence.
A live score for each opportunity computed from signal strength, recency, and engagement patterns. Momentum transitions through four states — strong, active, cooling, and dormant — based on real evidence. Scores rise with positive signals (recruiter replies, interviews scheduled) and decay when conversations go quiet or follow-ups go unanswered. The system understands the difference between normal silence and genuine cooling.
Contextual prompts generated from your pipeline state about where your attention matters most. Examples: a follow-up that's overdue, an interview coming up with no recent prep, momentum dropping on a promising opportunity, all your active roles clustered at the same stage. They appear when relevant and clear when resolved.
ArcVia uses a two-layer classification engine. The first layer applies deterministic rules for common patterns — recruiter outreach (sender domain + subject keywords), interview scheduling (calendar invites), rejection language, and follow-up patterns. The second layer uses AI for ambiguous cases, returning a signal type and confidence score. Signals below the confidence threshold are flagged for your review.
No. You can use the pipeline tracker, interaction logging, and manual tracking without connecting email. But signal detection, momentum scoring, and most guidance cards require an email connection — that's where the intelligence comes from.
Yes, at any time from Settings. When you disconnect, your synced signal data is deleted. Your manually-entered data stays.
Your data remains in your account. If you want it deleted, contact us at support@arcvia.ai and we'll remove everything.
ArcVia is built for experienced professionals navigating career transitions — directors, VPs, senior ICs, and anyone managing a complex, multi-company search. The signal detection and momentum scoring are tuned for the patterns and timelines of these kinds of searches.
ArcVia is built by a small team that has personally experienced career transitions and the frustration of managing them with inadequate tools. We're focused on this one problem — helping people search with intelligence, not guesswork.
